Welcome to NeuraClaw, a product operated by Kloud Technocrat Solutions LLP. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NeuraClaw website and our document extraction services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By registering for and/or using the Service in any manner, you agree to these Terms and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on this site by us, each of which is incorporated by reference and each of which may be updated from time to time without notice to you.

2. Description of Service

NeuraClaw provides an AI-powered platform for extracting structured data from unstructured documents (PDFs, images). The Service allows users to upload documents, define schemas, and export extracted data to various formats including JSON, CSV, Excel, and Google Sheets.

3. Consent at Signup

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. NeuraClaw cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. User Content and Conduct

You retain all rights to the documents you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant NeuraClaw a license to process, store, and modify such content to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload any content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload content containing malicious code, viruses, or malware.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Data Storage, Retention, and Improvement

To operate the Service, we store account details, uploaded files, extraction outputs, and related processing metadata. We may use this data to improve extraction quality, reliability, and product features, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NeuraClaw and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

8. Google Sheets Integration

Our Service offers integration with Google Sheets. By using this feature, you grant us permission to access your Google account subject to our Privacy Policy. This access is limited to creating and editing spreadsheets as requested by you for exporting data.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NeuraClaw, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

11. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
