Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 15, 2026
NeuraClaw is a product operated by Kloud Technocrat Solutions LLP ("we", "our", or "us"). We take privacy and data security seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what controls you have when using our document processing platform (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number (if used), company, and job title. If you sign in with a third-party identity provider (for example, Google or Microsoft), we receive profile details that provider shares based on your settings.
Document Data
We process and store the documents you upload (including PDFs and images), the extracted outputs, and related processing metadata so we can provide core features such as extraction, history, analytics, sharing, and exports.
Usage Data
We automatically collect operational and diagnostic data such as IP address, browser/device characteristics, app events, feature usage, and error logs to maintain performance, reliability, and security.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect or receive:
- To provide, operate, and maintain our Service.
- To process your uploaded files and generate extraction results.
- To manage your account and registration.
- To send you administrative information, such as updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- To improve product quality, extraction accuracy, and user experience, including through analysis of stored processing data and results.
3. Data We Keep and Retention
We retain account data, uploaded files, processing outputs, and related metadata while your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, backup, and dispute-resolution obligations.
If you request deletion of documents or account data, we remove data from active systems within a reasonable period, and residual copies may remain in backups for limited retention windows.
4. Google User Data
If you choose to connect your Google account to export data to Google Sheets, we access your Google account solely to:
- Authenticate your identity.
- Create new spreadsheets on your behalf.
- Write extracted data into spreadsheets you select or create.
We do not access, read, or delete your existing Google Drive files or emails. We do not store your Google password. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. Your documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use enterprise-grade cloud providers (Azure, Google Cloud) to ensure high standards of security.
6. Third-Party Services
We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (sub-processors) to help us provide our Service, such as:
- Cloud hosting and storage providers (for example, Azure and Google Cloud).
- AI and processing providers needed to deliver extraction features.
- Analytics, monitoring, communication, and payment service providers used to run the product.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at privacy@neuraclaw.com.
